Can you design my art for me?

Yes! While most art jobs can be done free of charge, some jobs do require a $50/hour fee with a minimum of an hour. 

What type of file/format does my submitted art need to be?

Our system runs Corel Draw, so we prefer that format (.cdr) if possible. However, a vectored illustrator (.ai) or PDF (.pdf) can be used as well. We also ask that you submit artwork using PMS colors instead of CMYK colors. 

Can I see a proof before you start printing? 

Yes. We create a digital mockup and require your approval before beginning any printing.

What determines the cost of my printing job?

There are a few factors that go into pricing your job. These include:

• Shirt quantity
• Shirt style
• Number of colors per logo per location or printing style

What is the turnaround time? 

Normally we have a 10 business day production time. However, this could be longer depending on the availability and shipping of your garments.
